freedom and liberty are two things most ppl want in daily rush
likewise this should be allowed at gs
where one can express the silence and fury of life
which is romanticism in literature

I dont hv this definition of romanticism in my dictionary which may be either too modern or too obsolete.
However freedom and liberty which seem synonymous to you both are pretty much on GS except if it doesnt become harmful.
