me and my fiance are planning to gift a romantic evening to one of our friend who is getting engaged. our budget is approx rs.15-16k.
we are thinking of arranging a nice romantic dinner and movie but at some place which could b exclusively for them.
could anyone here tell me how to implement this idea, also better ideas are welcome.

I haven't been back for at least 4 years. But last I was there, the city did not have any descent cinemas. Most of the cinemas were for taporis. As regards to good places to eat, both the PC and Marriot have half decent restaurents.
But to honest, and this coming from extremely proud Karachite, the city isn't great romancing couples.
