**At least 11 people have been killed and four seriously injured after a train crashed into a bus at a level-crossing in north-east Romania, officials say.**Under-Secretary of State for Health Raed Arafat said the bus appeared to have ignored stop signals at the crossing in the village of Scanteia.
The collision occurred at around noon, not far from Scanteia’s station, as the train headed towards the city of Iasi.
All the victims had been on board the bus. The driver was seriously injured.
