How much does religion have to do with spirituality?
Do people who do not believe in any form of religion believe in spirituality and act to achieve the benefits of it? Or spirituality is always dependent on a religion?
The concept of zikr, muraqba, tareeqat is part of Islamic spirituality and takes it fundamentals from the religion.
What I think we are surrounded in a web, web of chaos which we see in every single moments. These choas comes and go but choas in our mind, body and soul remains there. In spirituality I means in knowing onself inner real essence can be used to generate positive or negative energy. Positive energy like love, peace, brotherhood respect and negative like hate, angryness, fights etc.,
Religion plays a moral role in spirituality b'coz religion teaches us how to generate positive engery for beneficial of ourself as well as to benefit those who effects from our energy.
I think Yoga is spiritual in knowing oneself lets like a soul in a body.

Makes sense. Especially Islam as it wants everyone to be harmless towards others and be an active contributor towards the collective good of the society. Spirituality in Islam is closely connected with its social conduct.
Exactly. A person should know about his/her capablities how he/she can generate positive or negative and its impact on others. Its depends when a person free his/her mind.
