Role of Opposition

Re: Role of Opposition

When suffering from a lack of arguments, blame IK. Thats rich.

Imran Khan is not even a member of the assembly, and yet he has done more to mobilize public view on issues than anyone else. The PPP government does not even fall in the category of a government, as they have nothing to show for it. One failed PM followed another. One dictatorial president rules the roost, and the country is in a mess. Imran Khan has mobilized the public opinion, and that is the most that could have been expected of him. He has taught the public not to vote for the same idiots again and again.

Whats shameful is that PPP had a ‘mandate’, with a fairly decent majority for 4 long years, with the support of MQM and PML-Q, and they could have worked wonders if they had wanted to. But instead, they decided to take the BB and ZAB eras a step further, by smashing all corruption records.

I disagree with the supreme court judges, not because they are wrong, but because they have chosen an issue that is personal to them in order to speak up. If they are truly concerned about the state of affairs in the parliament, they should have chastised the opposition at every walk out, not just this one.
