Role of a Khalifa in starting the Crusade wars

Many of the Arrabob commentators love to point out that crusade wars were started by Byzantine Christians for no reason except their prejudice against Muslims. Everything preceding crusade wars was hunky dory.

Well Khalifa Al-Hakim (996–1013)was the first to cast the stone against Christian holy places in Jerusalem. Hakim is the one who violated the agreements signed by Umar raziAllah Unho. Back in 1009, Hakim destroyed the Basilica in the holy city for no reason accept the love of anarchy and hatred for humanity. (However nobody can defend what crusaders did in Jerusalem. )

It is time for Pakistanis to recognize the hatred and fire brought on by the Arrabobs. We ought to rely on an honest analysis of history and accept the mistakes made by the Muslims as well.

Happy New Year.

Al Hakim was an anomaly. A mad man.

**antiobl ** - Try to learn some more about al-hakim bi-Amrih Allah.

I don’t think that he cared two hoots about agreements signed by Hz Umar raziAllah Unho. Maybe he hated ‘Arrabob’ as much as you do.

Read about him and you will know why.

The history of the Druze is old and unlike any other religion. The religion was established around 1017 in Egypt and North Africa, when the sixth Fatimid caliph, al-hakim bi-Amrih Allah,** declared himself the incarnation of God**

Neem Hakim...Khatra Jaan...

Antiobl, once more your ignorance betrays you.

Al-Hakim was the head of the Fatimid dynasty, a Shia family that falsely claimed Khilafat despite the presence of a legitimate, accepted Abbasid Khalifat in Baghdad.

But then again, I expect little other than this level of ignorance from the man who claims that the Nazi defeat was due to Hitler’s naval deficiency, and that the Soviet Union fell apart due to not having a strong navy. :hehe:

Same Arrabob reaction. We didn't do it. Must be the handy work of Mossad or Shias or Martians.

Buying your logic, if an illegitimate madman Khalifa was destroying holy places, what the heck this legitimate Khalifa doing to address the situation? May be this Abbasi Khalifa was busy sucking gunnay (sugarcane).

Christians saw the unfortunate desecration of holy Basilica as an attack by Muslims and organized crusade wars.

Crusaders would have lost support, had Muslims declared Al-Hakim as renegade-Muslim and paid retribution for rebuilding the destroyed Basilica.

Bottom line is that Muslims should accept their faults when it comes to religious persecution of minorities.

We in Pakistan are among the worst offenders of minority rights. Still we want to live in la la land of Islamic tolerance, while attacking Pakistani-Shias, incarcerating Pakistani-Ahmadis, and killing Pakistani-Christians.

Happy New year and let’s group together to resist the intolerance in Pakistan.

Antiobl...you are too overwhelmed by your stupid ideologies.

80% of you posts just consists of plain cussing, all i see is words like Arrabob and Mullatic and Beardo.

Blindfolded, and unwilling to accept anything other than what you believe in you are a classic example of a true Jaahil.

Ahh Pope Urban II was like the biggest Arrabob…AntiOBL dear, Hate is such a strong feeling and I commend you persistence.

Please when you have the time, read this text Book , may be you will agree with your masters.
Was salam

MS, Sharabi, and Minime. You guys are going on tangents.

It is simple that an Arrabob named Al sent "suicide camel riders" to a place holy to Christians. Not any holy place but the very piece of rock that was considered to be the burial place of Jesus until he was taken to heavens.

The followers of Christ i.e. Christians got mad and got even. It is pretty shameless for some Arrabob defenders to deny or simply deflect the blame to Shias.

There are no arab shias? :)

Are any of us really civilized?

Are we capable of respecting each other or not?

Truth is..

boff of us...

christians and muslims..

hurt each other..

went to war on religious principals...

and are equal in matters of gross negligence toward each other..

Should we argue on who is/was the most horrible?

or should we forgive one another?

Tomorrow is a brand new day.

Ismaili communities in North Africa were massacred by Sunni mobs led by their influential Maliki jurists.

hmm.. even then??!! :nook:
