what are natural foods/fruits/methods for sky rocketing HDL? just had a TYPICAL desi nightover… 2 nights in a row, feeling sick already, eventhough i almost watered down the saalanz, but i can FEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEL the LDL blocking my circulation system, i am constantly feeling dizzy+sleepy even after sleeping for ample time..
i was thinking of supplying electrolytes, (2 unskinned apples), drinking water, and then running around the block.. but its snow outside, and i dont wanna go to gym at this time..
you will have to avoid desi foods. the oil isnt good for your cholestrol and can give u heartburn. so i stopped desi stuff at night which helped a lot.
im no nutritionist but i think nutts have a lot of 'good' cholestrol. teh famous mufas and pufas as they are known in that circle.
