Correct ! It was due to India’s regional ambitions that drove Pakistan to be a nuclear state, otherwise we don’t need nukes for progress and money spent better else where!
I’m sure Pakistan weighing their options on such matters all the time. Questions is Ho0w Pakistan feasibly benefit from such space programs.
IMO,Pakistan does not need such a program, but that does not mean they should not acquire the technology and knowledge like in other fields
