This is a variation of Lusi’s recipe but I hope you will like it
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Rocket Salad leaves 20 grams
Rocket green chilies 6
Spring onion 1 bunch
Ginger 10 grams
Garlic 2 cloves
Chop them finely in a mini chopper
and then mix thoroughly with mince after adding spices such red chili flakes (1 tsp), cumin powder (1 tb sp) and garam masala powder (1 tsp) and salt 3/4 tablespoon. Then make kebabs like sekh kebab one and fry in shallow oil on medium heat. Make sure they are fully cooked.
That’s exactly how I made mine for an iftaar last weekend however I made mine flat in a disc shape, these were a big hit with the kids, I’m thinking these would be great to put in a burger bun for lunch
