Hi guys, i’m making koftay and i need to know what exactly is meant by 2tbsps roasted channay. Anyone know please? I have a recipe to follow, is it besan flour roasted, or is it chickpeas grinded and roasted. I’m not exactly sure.

It is roasted chickpeas that are grinded into a powder and added to the keema.

yes that is roasted chickpeas but u can use roasted basin also.

mostly basin is used for koftay,chapli kabab and sekh kabab
