I have told mum to cook Roasted Leg of Lamb on second day of Eid. Looking for different ways of cooking it ,share your recipe please?

In India, we take our 'bakre kii raan' to the local shaahii restaurant...they marinade and roast it for us...their masala and tandoorii roasting gives a unique taste. not found anywhere else.

ok lilly, i normally marinate the leg for a day with yogurt, salt, pepper, red pepper, ginger garlic pazte, lemon juice, haldi, tumeric, chaat masala. in a baking pan layer some vegetables likecarrots,onions,bell pepper, potaoes, put the leg ontop of the vegetables, pour the marinate over.cover with foil. bake at 400F for 45mins to an hour.
