Um.. may be very big organizations like AIG or others let you do that but it doesnt happen in ours. Also, things were way different three years back. Now its totally opposite. Your BIL can let you in if you talk to him upfront.
Earlier, many ppl used to go bak to india and do all that, come back and take the best of jobs. But remember, when they used to come back, they used to show 9, 10 years experiance. Thats wut its all about.

I was gonna make a mention of showing at least 5-6 years of experience after the training. It is just that somehow you need to back up your claim of training & get through the interview process, especially the skills interview portion. A lot of consulting firms re-do your resume and fudge it to show experience, but the problem arises when future employer requests Business References. Now if you have been working (just not in that field) you can always get away with it. However if you don’t have any work experience as of late, I am not sure what you can do.
