Daffy, you can check detailed info on net, but if you are ttc or prego, don't even think about it. Even here in Lahore, dermatologists(good ones, professionals) don't subscribe it without blood work and even while you are on it, your blood test has to be done bi monthly.
that being said, it does clear out acne, skin is smoothed out drastically in a short period of time.
