Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
its elegant but too stiff for my liking.
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
ziggy, what price has he quoted for this one?
I like the kameez, but don't like the color of the lehnga or the lehnga. It would look pretty if it were a biscuit colored 'flowy' chiffon.. (without the wide border)

He qouted me 5 lakhs for this piece.
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
@ the price!
and I agree with Gina. This one needs some other colour.

Biscuit colour sounds so dreamy with the flowy chiffon. He had this beautiful biscuit coloured coat worked in a dark copper kaam in his studio - not sure if you've seen it, but I think the colour/kaam would have worked really well as a bridal.
I never saw the lehengha itself, and I agree that it looks pretty stiff - the shirt and duppata were the only items ready at the time when i saw it in his studio.
Beige with copper sounds lovely too ziggy, I love his creations!
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
Zigs, I like the outfit but don't love the color. Chiffon lehnga would work better. May be the color looks better in person???
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
I like the shirt and dopatta....lehnga just does not have any fall....the color is dull too...indulgance of pink and chocolate brown with this offwhite will look more funky :)

The shirt and duppata looked gorgeous in person, but I guess the colour is pretty plain for some tastes. I only saw the lehengha when he sent me the photo. The chiffon would definitely work better in terms of fall - it is pretty stiff at the moment, plus I would want to do something about the huge border at the bottom of the lehngha?

Pink with chocolate - you definitely sound like a rebel :)
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
Btw...which lucky lady is this for and when will she wear it? Would look lovely at the nikaah or valima!
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
agree with SGC, the shirt and the dupatta is sooo beautiful!
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???

I'm looking into outfits for a family friend's daughter. She's currently in Karachi doing her wedding shopping. You're right - it would look so beautiful at the nikaah or the valima.
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
not feelin it. You can do better, IMO.
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
i dont like the color very drab for a bride..n the lehnga gives the feelin of those embroidered border shawls lol idk
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
NAY. like the other commments, maybe in a different color and more flowy fabric?
doesn't really look bridal or regal to me...and that too quoted at 5 lakhs
Re: Rizwan Beyg Lehngha - What do you think???
hmm..i like the shirt and dupatta but the lengha just isn't doing it for me..
and OMG at the price! :@:
