To all the faithful guppans out there,

What do you make of this Rizwan Beyg jora? I personally love the piece and saw it in person a few weeks ago, but want to make sure my judgement isn’t completely impaired :konfused:

personally i don't like it. i don't like the shirt, the fabric for the lengha or the harsh yellow gold work.

^ I agree. i dont like it at all. Infact its vile.. sorry... It looks very old fashion'd. Looks abit chinese (i dont kno) And wth is she doing in the first pic?? Strange.......

i find the blouse quite hideous to be honest. maybe it looks better in person??
the dupatta and lehenga look bearable but definitely not spectacular. the material for all 3 pieces needs to have more flow.
i've only seen 2 other bridals from him, and did not care for those ones either.

im sure hte kaam and fabric are exquisite, but the overall look and feel of it is quite ugly.

Here's the thing - the actual outfit i saw was in a very deep maroon colour and the gharara skirt is made out of velvet. I hate the pics above because I don't think its showing the jora in the best light...

i actually really like the top! it's different from what i'm used to seeing. but the bottom somehow isn't working for me. it just looks plain and uninspired...but maybe it's the light! the way the outfit looks in pictures and under different lighting is something you may want consider...good luck!

i guess i will be the first one to say…i think its very pretty. just need some color adjustments. maybe change the red to a deeper red and also i think it will help it had an accent color…on the shirt and the gararah.

I don’t like it to be honest, it looks paindu! It reminds me of those ancient bridal lehengas that used to be this not-so-appealing red color with golden kaam on it.

May be its because of the colour, its just not a nice red.

I agree with everyone who doesn't like the dress....this to me looks like any other cheap fabric/color/kaam wala dress hanging in every other shop in Tariq Road etc etc..

i like it. i think on the right bride it would be a really stunning dress, very statementish.

I think they chose the wrong model and the fitting is horrendous.

fitting bhi bad hai and the rest of the bride sucks too -
like what with her hair and that makeup?! When was the last time someone wore that color lipstick?

I say add a little more shimmer to the kaam and rock it!

i don't like the motifs on the shirt and i especially hate the large paisleys on the bottom part. sorry, zigs :/
i do like the silver and gold coloured kaam mix, but the gold needs to be more dull gold and less yellow gold. think 18kt not 22kt.
