His studio is literally a minutes drive from Bilawal house (Bhutto's residence near Bar-B-Que tonight).

It's a home - I don't think he lives there. He shares the property with Tariq Amin, who has a hair salon on the ground floor. His studio is located on the 1st floor, along with his kaar khana.

oh i thought tariq amin has only one salon in pearl continental hotel..nveer know he has 2 salons....can u tell me the bunglow no please?

^ I knew of his salon at the PC hotel; not sure if he's closed that. He now has a nice sized salon in the same house that Rizwan uses as his studio. I can give you general directions, because I don't remember the exact address, but you can contact him on the following email:

I'm hoping you know where Bilawal house (Bhutto's residence) is? Once you're in in front of the house, on the opposite side of the road, there is bank on the corner of a street. I think it's a HBL branch (green coloured). If you drive into that road, it's a residential area. Near the end of the road, there is a property on the right hand side (don't remember the house number) - that's his studio. If you ask locals, there's also a praying area near by for men, but it's not a mosque.
That's the best I can do. If you need more info, I would email him to get exact directions, but I think my directions should get you there.
