spockie i am and was in houston during the storm scare. i remained at my friends' retirement community store where the seniors weren't even able to move. so we had the store open just in case anyone needed supplies and were available for assistance in case the storm goes bad.
**impluse **yes alhumdurillah i am safe and hopefully things will return back to normal in two days. thanx 4 the prayers.

I will post the post-Katrina pics as soon as the upload utility starts working. I took them a week later when I went back to my house to see the damage. Rita and Katrina flooded New Orleans but I am glad it didn't do much damage to Houston.
