Very very interesting drama. It’s been setup very nicely. I can totally see this happening…except for the part where one sister is fully covered.

Very very good drama. Makes you realize the importance of Nikkah in Islam. Next episode they will do rukhsati even though Nikkah did not take place.

why is it that resident Isloo celebs like Osman Khalid Butt and Ali Rehman Khan (hero of rishtay kuch adhooray se) bag serials where a major chunk of the plot revolves around them not getting to consummate their marriages for whatever reasons? I just caught one episode of RKAS in passing and it sucks big time. Typical afsanwi touch to everything. Avoid at all costs.

It seemed good from the first episode but as its gone on , I'm kind of losing interest. Sohai only gets these depressing roles and she's becoming annoying now lol.

I've watched it upto the episode where they went to the imam for advice on the nikkah. It seemed to me that the nikkah was invalid because the other sister's name was being taken and the signature was forged, but the imam thinks otherwise. I don't really find this story realistic.. and the mother is so annoying! It's really hard to believe her character. I feel so frustrated when I watch this drama lol.

and why would you want to do that? There are much more pressing concerns in our society and a ridiculous situation such as this is highly unlikely to occur in any case.

^ i agree that it's a ridiculous situation, but people are curious to know islamic rulings surrounding the nikkah, especially the process of getting the girls consent because for some girls it does happen under pressure and unusual circumstances. islam's purpose is to guide us on the straight path and if someone is curious to know about a certain ruling, it doesn't mean they don't care about other issues in society...

This started as a really good drama. Now it has gotten very annoying. The mothers character is just too weak. She should smack her ghatyi Bc she wanted to meet Rahat fateh ali. She should have stayed at home and been good. It's her fault.

AFAIK if the woman says YES or signs the document herself (even if forced to do so) then nikah is established.
So, if a woman doesn't want to marry somebody, she should not say YES or sign the document at any cost.
