That is what I’m referring to. Most educated people would agree that doing good deeds and volunteering to help others is more important than who shows how much skin and what not. It’s usually people that are not very educated who place the highlighted portion above anything else, which is why I mentioned education being a factor.

As far as RV’s post, she is not implying any disgust with the west. She simply stated that we should not view Islam negatively as a result of the actions of a few people who behave badly and use religion to excuse their behaviour.
