I’m assuming you are a U.S. citizen. If so, what makes you think that the wait time will be multiple years? You can easily go to Pakistan and marry her. Then asap file forms to bring her here as the spouse of a U.S. citizen. I know several people who have done this and it never took more than 1 year. Are you already familiar with the process? Have you checked the processing times on the USCIS website already?
