That being said, if you're the same age or even older than the guy, that's not a problem either! Although everyone seems to think it is, but then everyone is also not right usually.

Hubby and I have more than 5-6 yrs age difference, but less than 10 years!

Extremely comfortable with it, and would not have it any other way.

Guy being 5-6 yr older is perfectly ok :) Girl being older is fine too I guess!

5-6 seems to be what i'm seeing mostly... as many of the people said.. it all depends on compatibility... my husband and i are 8 years apart..and we are doing just fine lol

I think it's a normal age gap. My husband is 8 years older than me lol :D. It's about compatibility.

Hi i don't think its weird at all. You have to remember that generally speaking guys mature later than girls. Therefore a 5-6 year gap could work in your favour. Of course compatibility plays a major part too.
