Anyway it is both wealth and heath as well as passion which plays a significant role here.
Britain's national lottery funded the sport in the last 4 years and the results are marvelous.

Even though the federations in india r no angels same as pakistan still I believe the country is stepping the right direction in relation to sports . Development of sports culture in a poor country is not an easy job. It will take time but the results will go better n better in future as there is enough money being spent on sports . There are passionate ppl also available in the nook n corners of this country.
On the other hand in pakistan the passion already died due to political . Financial n security conditions of the country. A very passionate kid if he want to participate in sports he not only need to face hurdles of poverty .less resources but also in secure environment. Parents will not allow to travel far away places for the sake of sports

Watched the Brazil game yesterday. Neiman showed his class with precision passed that none of his teammates could convert. The us commentator said Neiman legacy will depend on this game. He also added Brazil does not have mental strength to win the penalty. Thus implying Neiman legacy not great.
Of course after the win, the commentator didn't volunteer Neimar greatness.
