Along with the ring finger & the middle finger, I sometimes really like wearing rings in the Index finger or the thumb too. I find it really trendy! But …

I’ve been told by various people to not wear rings in these fingers because they give out a negative impression & a typical type of people wear in these fingers.

I find that really odd, how can wearing a ring give out any signals. Its ridiculous!

I loooove wearing rings on index finger, it looks pretty and also my rings are always too big for other fingers lol

Maybe cos it looks a bit chavvy. I heard someone say putting it on certain fingers implied you were gay! but thats just nonsense

those typical type of ppl wear rings in small finger not on thumb and index finger

I think rings on other fingers look nice as well (and I’m not even really a ‘jewellery person’)

I dont care! cant be bothered on those small things i just wear rings on any finger, really!

ive alwayz had a ring on my middle finger n ive been told many tym not to put a ring in tha finger .. buh i still do .. :@:

hmmm never heard that.I love my rings and I wear them on my ring finger,middle and index finger usually.The ones that are a bit loose go on teh middle finger.

I feel the most comfortablel with wearing rings on middle finger. I’ve read that there are personality traits associated with which finger you usually wear you ring on.

i rarely wear rings on my index finger…love wearing on middle and ring finger..i’m not fond of thumb rings..And phlease its just a ring,wear it on whatever finger!

lol who are these ‘typical’ people? what are they like and what do they do? I love wearing rings on my pinky. :slight_smile: Honestly this is the first time I’ve heard of a stereotype associated with this.
