I used to have a special tong that made gorgeous tight little ringlets but not sure where it is..
Which is the best way to create them without a tong?

Wrap your hair round pieces of material when wet like this (start at 4mins):

you can also curl hair with a hair straightener, if you google some videos will show you how.
