I know about rind the baloch tribals, and I have heard about rind in munni begums ghazals but don't know what it means.
Does rind Baluch speak Baluchi?

Hmm that's an interesting one, most of them have relationship with sindh or Karachi. I am not sure if they speak balochi or not, maybe the ones in balochistan do.

^ I know one family in karachi they are rind not sure if 'rind baloch' but their cast/last name is Rind and they spEak Sindhi, and they have a Sindhi life style.

Yes Rind and other Balochs (like Laghari) in Sindh speak Barochi diction of Balochi alongwith Sindhi and Saraiki
