Can someone pls provide me with some details on what Islam says about right of parents on their children, especially when they are old and frail? I need to know what is the limit of obedience?

Limit of obedience? I don't know what you mean by that but Islam says you should be with your parents (ie. taking care of their every need) until the very end.
