This may seem like a rather dumb question, but I would like to know whether a divorced woman has less/different rights Islamically than other women?
Do you actually mean rights or choices,
Girl who has never Married needs a Wali, and one who is divorced does not need one, that would be the only difference that comes to mind other than the idat time period.
But then again I am not the expert in these matters go to an Alim..
