Ladies want a sensitive guy. But in reality they want an actual man. Confident, smart, independent and self-assured. They wish to break that man that they have gotten to love into something else they want. Why is that? Why must they force someone to be something they want?

A question for the ladies.

Ladies want a sensitive guy. But in reality they want an actual man. Confident, smart, independent and self-assured. They wish to break that man that they have gotten to love into something else they want. Why is that? Why must they force someone to be something they want?

Because men are like clay, needing to be molded to actually have dimension.

The characteristic of sensitivity is not mutally inconsistent with the traits of confident/smart/independent. Men are capable of sensitivity, but it's a latent characteristic and women help men bring it to the surface. Women don't change men, they help them evolve.
