As to someone getting upset about supposedly racist statistics...statistics dont lie...so stop getting annoyed...Its not racist for me to say that most Aids carriers are Africans if i can justify it by stats...im not racist either but saying that Thailand has the highest rate of prostituiton in the world...its FACT...
As a general point however...its easy to say that no-one knows who will make a good parent...but im sure there are clear things which point to someone who will make a bad parent...
Drug addicts shouldnt be allowed to have children...Those who are insane...Paodophiles...And those with a history of violence and abuse...
Im sure there are more deplorable people that should be castrated but thats all i can think of for now...
Having children is every humans right but it should be taken away if there is a sense that you could affect that childs rights to live a fulfilling life...
