I say yes. I might sound insensitive here.. but Whats the point in giving them drugs to function when u know they will get worse and die eventually. put them and their family out of misery please.

I think you are confusing two things. We do have the right to decline medical treatment!! but that doesnt necessarily imply right to live or die.
