They are both right grammatically with a bit of different meaning (as far as i know)

happy belated birthday=when the person (whose bday it is) is celebrating it late.

belated happy birthday=when the sender wishes late.

But usually this difference isnot noticed therefore "Happy belated birthday" is the most commonly used one whether the birthay person is celebrating or the sender is late in wishing.. :)

of course anDaa, because eggs could NOT have come by itself...just like Adam [a.s.] was created first and then sperms and eggs to make humans :) toofaan-e-NooH just enforces the same idea...:)
