In each religion, you have been taught to have BLIND Faith and Told NOT TO Question the Faith you belong to. If somehow you do start questioning, you are considered an Outsider, a person who is possessed by the "Devil"
[/QUOTE]
That is true with most religions, but not with Islam. There is ample proof of the truth of Isam, for everyone who wants it.
I thought I was writing in English NOT in Hebrew :) If you believe you belong to a right religion and so called "perfect" religion, it is Cool and I am happy for you. The point of this thread is not to name name perfect or imperfect religion!!!! Even a Blind man can read and deaf can hear that in my opening post in this thread.
If you believe you are from the perfect religion, then please do enlighten me with your answers and/or comments to my questions. let me quote again, I think repetition is good for memory :)
Assuming if there is a so called "Right Religion", Then why is it then in Each religion you will find people who have seen the "Light". In each religion, miracles will happen to you as long you have a strong faith. Even if you worship some Rock in the Volcano, you'll be satisfied if you have a strong belief. Your prayers will be answered NO Matter which Faith you Belong To.
Let me add few more :)
Why is it so many good, kind, religious people suffer the tortures of the damned in their minds and bodies? Why is that many immoral and irreligious people succeed and prosper and enjoy good health?
I have read the comments and thank you to everyone who have taken the time to reply.
To someone above, NO I am no Christian. As I said the point of this thread is to NOT name name religion :)
Now to the gentleman above with interesting comparison and I quote him "Judaism= Window 3.1, Christianity = Windows 95,Islam = Windows XP" Again Please do not distract the topic by naming the particular religion perfect and degrading the other faiths. I couldn't help myself but to respond :)
^^ OK well same applies. Linux is a derivative of UNIX and UNIX had different flavors SCO, Solaris,BSD etc.Once again my object of bringing in OS was to demonstrate religions and patch work that was applied to them. The other reason I chose Windows was to differentiate between western religions from others. Otherwise the analogy wouldn't suffice.
Reality is that religion is a man made concept, written by and preached by man. My reasoning was not to portray Islam as a perfect religion and degrade other religions. Now please don't bring in NetWare (thats a dead sea scroll).
Edit: The other reason I stayed away from Linux was because it is open source and then we would ? whether to use SuSe, RedHAt or Mandrake etc..... Religion from windows perspective remains propreitary (you may use it but may not change it).
Yes I knew what your intentions were and to answer it more clearly I am looking for a total Package of Linux. :)
Your comment may seem like an innocent comparison But if you put this on the banner and put it outside your door then You better have a special protection arrangement with GOD :D because no one else can save you, buddy :)
By the way thanks for your thoughts on religion itself....
About your edit note :) Well free can relate to freedom of choice and as to bluntly put everyone can have it. As for windows mostly No one can afford it But they have the pirated copies JUST like the Blind Faith :D

For the sake of an example;
Consider your self the boss of your own home. You are the decision maker here.
You invite Service Provider companies to come and justify their products or services as compare to the others. Then take your decision.
You have 2 choices here;
Follow your gut feeling and things that DO make sense to you.
Or Follow your Parents / ancestors. (They can't be wrong. Right? They had you) to prove it.
Try to understand the choices promised to you in Islam in hereafter.
Otherwise question your self as to why you may not live longer than the biological age of a human body. ( No matter what faith you may follow)
Put your thoughts in what will happen to you after you’re dead / terminated / ceased to exist / switched off,,
Ask,,,how does your earlier decisions would affect you then???

Stuff missing from Judaism is covered in Christianity and Islam covers Judaism and Christainity. Edit So it Islam is a superset of western religions.

Islam is actually closer to Judiasm than Christianity. Islam and Muhammed contradict many things Jesus preached in the Bible and is closer to the Old Testament. Just because a religion was established after other religions does not necessarily mean it supercedes its predecessors. Chronology in religions doesn't work the same as advances in technology does for computer operating systems. While the analogy might make sense to some, others would argue it took religion back to CP/M.

Wrong. Islam's message has always been the same, just different messengers and different books. There might seem to be contradictions, but only because the TRUE and ORIGINAL versions of those earlier books have been changed. Therefore, the need for one final comprehensive book that will never be changed: the Quran.
^ wrong again. Islams message has changed according to the times, inspite of the changes made to the testament etc, and it has changed according to the needs of the people as time progressed. Injeel was primarily a book of good tidings, Torah of warning, whereas the Quran IS supposed to be different from these. Its a book of all times, not just becoz it hasnt changed but becoz, this Book was meant to be complete enough for all times, unlike the others.

As convinced as you are that they are the same message, I am equally convinced they are not. The Christian version of what Jesus preached and the Quranic version of what Muhammed preached are as different as night and day. There are so many monumental and fundamental differences that it is inconceivable that man would have changed them so drastically, and equally inconceivable that God would have left out so many important factors in earlier versions of his word.
try googling for the "right religion" and hit the "I'm feeling lucky button"
It is very interesting.
Lets compare notes
I got a TCP communication error.

The reason being that NT was written a few centuries later by ethopian monks that had read greek philosophy, they watered down the NT to accomodate Romans and their beliefs otherwise, the way Jesus went about teaching NT was pretty harsh, and would have been a no sell to Romans (as history shows)
It's all about the glossy guys. Welcome to Madison ave. Its not the content or context its how pretty and attractive it is to the eyes.

That might work if we were referring to Cosmo magazine but we are talking about the most godlike message ever delivered.
^^ read my post in this thread on how Russian chose Xtianity. And it is about glossy Seminole.
Who'd you pick.. a bible swinging priest or a priest that is talking about patience, love and harmony. Same applies in Islam; You have the firebrand version and the watered down version. They both are one and the same (firebrnd vs watered down) one just comes accross as more amicable, hence my point on glossies and how it is sold to the masses.
I have my reservations (personal, but would be willing to PM) on most Godlike message.

The latter, as that is the message from Jesus.
Now on a side but related note:
I hear the word of Jesus occasionally at 6:00am on a subway destination downtown. This BAC (American Matoo*) :amamah: comes aboard, or at times is already on-board and, introduces himself right when the subway doors close.
:amamah: “You think you just boarded the subway”
There is silence for 5 seconds
:amamah: “Anh anh Wellllcoooome to worrrrllllllld of Jeeeesusssss Christ”
and Seminole it begins!!! 15 grueling minutes my man.. 15 greuling minutes. Don’t forget it is 6:00am in the morning your average brain is not yet accustomed to abuse this early.By the time I get off (and boy do I want to get off) you brain is totally f*$%ed. And this BAC, brother, is calling everybody a sinner, waving his bible, and spreading the word of Jesus which is no doubt about love, peace and harmony however; wrong time, wrong place, wrong attitude and above all, poor presentation skills. And hence my point it is all about glossies.
Now I’d rather pick that preacher (his last name starts with an O) on TV that young guy talking about love, peace, off-roadin’, and taking it easy, you know having fun in general and leading a good life.
What is the American Matoo called? Do we have a nick? or is it a Gorattoo (hmm I like that)
