my contacts r itching me, and im very veryy uncomfortable right now 
I told them i’m closing up in 15 (actually 25) minutes but I kno ppl r gonna try to stay longer and I dont wanna be held bak here coz of them! ufff 
My paycheck sucks, I got $70 for two weeks of work last week

Shikra it’s $6 an hour and I get 9 hrs a week, the most… and i got that check after four weeks of working This week sucks, the gym’s closed coz there’s noclasses so im gonna get paid like $35 or somethin nxt week

First of all it’s only 6 dollars an hour, second, I am sure you are paid by check and taxes are taken out. By the time you get your check, half of it’s gone to uncle sam. Either get a cash job for 6 dollars or a check job for atleast 8.

Well if banana republic don’t call soon, I’ll stick this one out just for the semester… i’m going to Pak soon for a while so I dont want to find something long-term … I just have to repeat to myself: i’m workign for experience, not for money :rotato:

Well, most of the times, women prefer experience and killing free time over money and it's the opposite for most guys. Ofcourse there are always exceptions.
After the hurricane, Although my job was paying for me even when I was "jobless", I still wanted to work somewhere so I won't sit at home 24/7 and plus, I would earn extra money in addition to what I was getting paid by my job. Well anyway, so I went to this mall looking for a temporary job. Came across a desi aunty. She had a little cart where she printed pictures on mugs, towels, keychains, and frams etc. She said she will hire me for 6 dollars an hour but here are some rules:
I will have to be here 10 minutes before the mall opens.
I will have to wait til the mall closes before I wrap up the cart.
I cannot receive phone calls on my cell. If it's exteremly important, calls cannot exceed 3 minutes.
I can't talk to the hot chick right next to my cart (that was IMPOSSIBLE!)
I can't make friends here.
I can't have visitors.
I will have to dress up (WTF! She gave me an example of the t-mobile guy next cart who she claimed does NOT get paid extra to dress up. YEAH RIGHT!!!)
I cannot use the computer other than for business.
I can't leave the cart unattended and I can't take "too long" for lunch.
Last but not least, and best of all:
She will train me for 3 days and that will be UNPAID training!
I showed her the middle finger (not lietrally) and walked away.
