yeah and it’s been going on like this for 4 or may be 5 days now, it’s a strange kind of pain, probably coz i have been using computers a lot coz of that lame project and now that it’s over i think it will heal, but still what can i do to make it temporarily stop ?

I dont think you have the keyboard at the right angle and so on.So make sure your hand is comfortable when you type.Mean while put ice on it.

By the way..... there is something called...... now I've forgotten the name of it..... it's like... starts from your hands (pain in the veins) and very slowly spreads to rest of the body parts... But it starts from hand veins... Do you have very visible veins on the outside of your palms? It is a quite commen complain. It's better to catch it when on earlier stages. You can try to have much movements in the hands/arms... whereever you feel the pain.

thanks you guys :) i just took the day off early yesterday and spent it all sleeping, the hand is much beter now :-)
