Sheffield University is Great!!! I have nieces and nephews that have studied Medicine there… they have an excellent Muslim community and University Islamic Society there… and i also heard that Sheffield was named the safest city in the UK a while back 
Other than that, i would recommend Imperial, being an alumni of that Uni…but i would need more info on what course you are thinking about applying for to give you the best options…
To be honest, there will be a “night life” wherever you choose to study…the UK is not an Islamic state and life will not stop because you dispprove.. you just have to avoid it and focus on your studies.
