I think most of the seats are rigged in one way or the other.
You seem to imply that only PTI is claiming rigging. Heres a list of the petitions filed, and most of them were filed by PMLN.

PTI is asking for a detailed review of 4 petitions only…because that will give a clear idea of how rigging was executed…and as a result, they would know exactly what kind of electoral reforms to execute, rather than simply shoot in the air. Keep in mind that elections are the only event that allow the majority of the population to have a say. To rob of them of that right is an article 6 worthy crime in itself.
