It does not matter. Even if 1 seat is rigged, people responsible must be dealt with and brought to justice.

I think most of the seats are rigged in one way or the other.
You seem to imply that only PTI is claiming rigging. Heres a list of the petitions filed, and most of them were filed by PMLN.

Pakistan People’s Party-Parliamentarians (PPPP) 50.
PTI is asking for a detailed review of 4 petitions only...because that will give a clear idea of how rigging was executed...and as a result, they would know exactly what kind of electoral reforms to execute, rather than simply shoot in the air. Keep in mind that elections are the only event that allow the majority of the population to have a say. To rob of them of that right is an article 6 worthy crime in itself.

Yes but PTI is the only one who is going outside of the law to get the rigging stuff sorted.
So its only 4 areas whats so special about these 4 areas? I mean some of the basic stuff for the EC is to make them control the entire election apparatus like the Indian EC does every elections.
They appoint the polling officers, they have their own staff and they hire independently and the Commissioner can not be fired.

I thought demonstrations and processions were a democratic right of any party, and did not fall 'outside the law', unless PTI has launched a gullu butt department that I dont know of.
Whats special about the 4 seats is that they are relatively high profile seats. In return, PMLN asked for 4 high profile seats from PTI as well, which PTI signed off on the same day. Since then, no response from PMLN, because they never wanted a recount in the first place.
There are 2 steps to every crime. 1)Find the criminals, and take them to task....and 2)Take steps to ensure the crime is not repeated. Both these steps need to be taken care of in order to ensure justice. Even after spending so much money on tribunals and recounts, petitioners are not getting justice, which is a miscarriage of justice in itself.

Is PMLN not free to file a petition and take it further if they feel NA126 was rigged? The stale argument that 'why isnt PTI complaining of rigging on the seats that it won' is quite silly, but expected from a party like PMLN
