They say even for naqal you need to have some level of aqal.
MQM is not even good at cheating: stamping perfect 000s for themselves and leaving the opposition at 0.

Farooq Sattar was moaning about rigging in Karachi and especially in his constituency and look at the results guys:
Sattar 5000 and other candidate 0.
So he was right about rigging just forgot to mention that it was MQM who was doing it.
