We first saw different factions within PTI when internal elections were held for the first time. Next when Javed Hashmi left the party and now once again when honorable (retd) Justice Wajihuddin suspended the top leadership of PTI but the chairman PTI Imran Khan vetoed it and reversed saying the tribunal is already suspended

Looks like a lot of structuring work to be done in PTI.

****LAHORE: **Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) controversial election tribunal chief Justice (retired) Wajihuddin Ahmed sparked a fresh war of words with party leaders after he issued an ‘order’ on Monday suspending the basic membership of the party’s general secretary Jehangir Tareen, Nadir Leghari, Aleem Khan and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Pervez Khattak. But the party quickly clarified that the tribunal had been dissolved and the order carried no weight.

According to Express News correspondent Arshad Chuadhry, Tareen, Leghari and Khattak had been found guilty of ‘manipulating the intra-party elections’ and interfering in the tribunal’s proceedings.

Justice (r) Wajihuddin’s order read that the accused stood disqualified from holding any or all offices in PTI, whether they are on national or provincial elected position.
Responding to the decision taken by the tribunal, PTI chief Imran Khan said that the tribunal had been dissolved after it gave its verdict on intra-party elections, hence it has no legal standing to suspend any party members.

Commenting on the verdict, PTI leader Naeemul Haq reiterated that the PTI chairman has already ordered dissolution of the tribunal two months ago, therefore its rulings were illegal.

**2/3 Therefore, it has no authority to target & defame senior members of the Party. This was never their mandate.

You know how IK says some time… “PTI is an idea whose time has come”
I think that is only for common people. Not for people around IK.

It can make PTI stronger… if PTI gets rid from SMQ, Aleem Khan, JT and SM kind of people… it can truly become catalyst to the development of Pakistan or putting it in right direction… but i guess IK have no faith in his idea or his supporters so he is bound to have these people at important places and letting all the gems out of his party..

If SMQ is not corrupt then you cannot accuse PPP of any corruption because SMQ’s career is synomous with the glory time of the PPP and no I do not think he became an angel overnight by switching parties. I find it very hypocritical that he speaks against the US foriegn policy while he was the foriegn minister in PPP’e tenure while sipping whiskey with Hilary Clinton and had his son interning for Kerry.

As for Aleem Khan, he is an ex PMLQ guy who is known as one of the biggest land/kabza mafia kingpins of the city of Lahore. Just look up his videos on youtube.

We should always call a spade a spade.

It wasn’t going to end well anyway for the justice saab, as it meant that Imran would have to listen AND not follow his own "my way or the highway’ from his cricketing days.

Does that mean that Wajih’s saab’s membership would be canceled or would he ‘resign’ as individuals are eased out in the West? Man, he went after everyone and not even spared the skeleton that serves as KPK PM :rotfl:

Imran khan will lose more credibility…he put this commission in place and now he is refusing to act upon the verdict. Imran is a dictator and PTI is nothing but another PPP and PMLN where everyone has to say yes to one leader. he dissolved the tribunal the moment he realized that the tribunal findings will not be suited to his liking. it is my way or highway type mentality that khan has just like any other political party except jamat islami where thee is still some discipline

they? you mean PTI? they dont own this commission anymore. Khan sahib has already fired wajih and dissolved commission few months ago and wajeh sahib says that Khan sahib cant dissolve the commission as he does not have the authority :smack:

PTi supporters used to say they were the only true democratic party, with internal elections - now proof they were rigged by Pti!!

Each month we find out more about Pti, more people realise it s the same corrupt, power hungry party as all the others.

The naive kids who belive this ‘Naya Pakisatn’ line are gullible fools.

A party full of corrupt lotas who cannot even make ‘Naya KP’ - how are they going to make ‘Naya Pakistan’???
