well... I agrees with most of persons in this thread, Geo News is better, but geo (so called) entertainment is Geo Indian actually.... with so much crap...
Ary was better, but they are also some what ARY indian now... never watched vectone etc...
we definitely need some really good channel to represent Pakistan and not India...

Without doubt Ary and Geo have to be the two worse channels. Both are just promoting Indian culture. I would rather watch PTV Prime.
DM Digital is another cheap channel with very poor production quality. Can't understand where they get their films from because the picture quality is pathetic.

Totally agree - DM is the worst not just Pakistani but Asian channel with very poor picture quality. The management I think is just interested in making quick money and if you notice most of their programmes have people phoning in so that they can make plenty of money.
Also - it is a good way for the Malik family to get publicity.

Has anyone noticed that each programme presented by DM - the ‘Executive Producer’ is always Dr Liaqat Malik. DM was supposed to start a new music channel - instead they changed the idea and instead they will be opening a new channel called ‘DM Islam’.
The idea of opening a new Islam channel came about after the news was released that a new channel called ‘Al Noor’’ tv will be launched from Birmingham in Sep/Oct 2006. This channel will be the first sunni Islamic channel from the UK. Is Dr Liaqat Malik launching this channel for making money or to spread the word of Islam, considering the fact this idea seems to have come after hearing that ‘Al Noor’ will be launched.
