AsA. I’m hosting guests for dinner a couple of days after Eid, and my tentative menu comprises a garden salad, a white chicken karahi, alu gosht, and a bhuni hui sabzi. I’d appreciate your suggestions for a rice dish to complement this assortment – I’ve got zeera pulao and zaafraani pulao as possible options, and I’d love a second opinion.
