Need ideas for some fancy rice dish except for biryani and pulao, that we can keep in our Eid dinner menu.

Afghani pilau. Or simply mske bhunay huay rice top it wth fried champay.

Ruz Bukhari, Laham Mandi, tomato rice, Spring onion and Garlic rice

Eid ka tho staple hai Pulao.
It wouldnt feel like Eid without it.

i want to mke pualo too, so it will blend with other spicess dish, but my husbamd and daughter don’t like pulao :frowning:

Lols,no we are keeping biryani for first eid day in lunch so want to keep some different rice dishes for dinner menu first and second day. Biryani and pulao is served at almost all dawats so want to keep sonething else that can be enjoyed by the guests
