Allah has stated clearly that, a Killing of brother Muslim is haram.
but still , after punishment for the act, Namaz -e -Janazah has to be offered.
And Allah knows better..
maybe you are aware or not, nawaz regeme, shehbaz sharif ordered the police to kill all the bandits, daku;s, relegious killer etc, in fake police encounter.
and beleive me, in shehzad regeme, punjab was safe, very few misshappenings.
I think a gulty man, convicted, should be executed right away, according to islamic law..
that is all..
