"Rhera" - Cart Food - out door eateries on the road side

so many times, when i could i had :bhooney howye chaney, sugar-cane juice, fruits chat and shuwarma from the road-side eateries, which are have been an economical and common food seller’s shop on a cart in metropolitans in Pakistan. is that tradition fading there now?

in NY for instance, there are lunch time greek gyro sellers, or morning time coffee and donuts or muffin sellers.

what are ur thoughts on this food business on a cart?

what are ur concerns about the quality of food sold on these carts, and do u see this tradition or pratice doing good business for years to come?

Rhera foods are still very much vibrant in pakistan. i hope this tradition never fades. its a wonderful economic opportunity for those that cannot afford solid commercial space. as far as future. in “developing” nations, microcredit will continue to support such livelihood and hence the tradition has to live on. quality of the food-? dude its cart food. :snooty:
its a humble sight in my eyes.
