Not sure which DNA they are talking about. India has mainly two ancient populations. The older population (Dravidians) which is actually derived from the first phases of east-ward human migration from the Middle East to the Subcontinent and beyond. The second more recent population was a result of south-eastwardly migration of Indo-Europeans (now defunct term Aryans) toward India from Eurasia and Central Asia. This is also supported by the DNA studies.

Our ancestors were most learned men as per gazette notification of British rulers, many centuries ago which still exit.
