Anyone got their wedding makeup done by Honey’s beauty lounge?

Please share your comments. How is she?

Judging from the website…her work looks very good mashallah. I really need to know because I was about to book her but I want to hear some reviews first. inshallah.

She's toronto based...I'm getting me engagement makeup done from her, will let your know! She came highly recommended by my SIL and a friend who used her!

She did the hair and makeup for my in-laws at my wedding last year. They looked great and she only charged $100 I think. I didn't book her for my wedding makeup because I wasn't that impressed with the work she had posted online, but in person everyone looked amazing. The only thing I would say is speak to her about the lip stick color she is going to use before she does your makeup. Both my mother and sister in law ended up asking her to change the lipstick color. Good luck!

Honey is better for engagement/mehndi/party makeup. You should get someone else like Angell for your wedding.

Hi,

If you want a traditional look on your wedding day then she is not the best person for this look.

Shes is best suited to do engagement/party/mehndi and walima makeup. My sis got her engagement makeup done from her and a friend got her walima make up done both looked amazing and everyone loved their look. We have booked her for our mehndi day too.

One thing to do when you go for your makeup with her...explain the look you want before she starts your makeup (which you have to do with pretty much every MUA)..she really listens and does what you requested..

Also, she tend to use a lot of glittery eye shadow...if you don't like that then do tell her.

She did my makeup and hair for all three days last year and i realy liked it. The bes part was i didnt look same all day, all the looks were totally different. My biggest concern was if my makeup lasts since i have oily skin and it lasted me till the next morning lol but we tried getting her this year for our cousin wedding but she was all booked for august.

I got my makeup done by NAILA TAUSIF. She is amazing man you gotta check her work on Facebook Naila TAUSIF......Amazingggggggg bridal makeup n hair ...check her out...
My few cousins got her makeup done my hafsa nobody like her work at all.....My cousin got her bridal makeup from her with airbrush OMG when she came to hall her skin was very patchy she doesnt know how to do airbrush at all... ....My cousin was crying :( then we all set her makeup with diff foundation to make her happy) .... So that was our last experience with her since then nobody wana go back to her:) We are really happy with NAILA TAUSIF work .......

I photographed a few brides done by her, at her salon aswell. She's really great at what she does, especially for the price. Would definitely recommend her & I'll be getting my own reception makeup done by her in May.

Lol this is only the 15th post I have seen by you where the name Naila Tausif is in all caps and you use multiple g's in the word "amazing". Is she paying you for this by any chance? I am sure her work is great but you seem to be going a little crazy everytime you mention her

No Efffkay she isn’t paying me i have been know her since she has done my bridal makeup …Almost like 5 years now since then i have seen her work …seriously her work is getting better an better day by day thats why i recommend strongly everybody …But also they have to go and check it out her work …I am just helping people here because somebody also helped me here when i was looking good makeup artist in Toronto…I know how frustrated is that
