The album " GREEN" is out and it is a pretty good album. Vocalist has a very different and pleasant voice. Here are the songs rating IMO

Rung was one of the most awaited debut bands to have their album out this year. Unfortunately it was a disappointing effort. I was very keen to know what they did for their debut aftre the success of Hum Na so I had a go at the album.
Now Be Hissey amazing music, bad lyrics dont do justice to the song
Bin Kahay very nice soft music with deep voise A1 song
after that the song I like is Sochna
I am not including Hum Na in the list cuz I dont think its fair to ther songs, as it is Hum Na is a huge hit

Bin Kahay- didnt listen to th ewhole thing, thought my mp3 player was
messin up with the statics it has in the start.
You know what just forwarded the song a lil bit, nice melody song, very slow and sounds good to the ears
Hum Na- dont have enough time to llisten to all the versions of this song, but this song is the reason for me gettin excited about Rung's debut so needless to say full marks
I am not gonna talk about the karoke version and the other la la versions
Kahan- Definitely something different, for all u 56 kers it must be annoying but definitely was joy to hear the annoying modem sound again. As for the song "email mein jo likha tha" one of the lines of the song already tells u how hopeless this song. I just didnt like anythign bout this song, the lyrics, song. I guess if I had to pick something good in the song it must be the guitar work in between but overall not good.
Koi Janay Na- when you listen to this song u just knwo this is a Rang song. I just dont c any difference in this song, they all sound the same. Its much better than Kahan, good drumming and guitar. Dont wanna rate but if I had to 5.5/10
Mairi Duniya- The opening techno is sweet, it sounds garage, and theen good guitar in the back. "Aao rakho kadam meri duniya mein." For some reason I feel that since this aint a love dove song it just desevers to have a video. No specific concept but sounds good for some reason.
Naye Rung- Another song wioth 2 versions the normal an the karoke version. Khair bout the song I have just pressed play and it sounds good so far, the music I mean. we are already 1:7 secs in the song no words. make it 21 more secs with no music and still counting, whats wrong with me didnt notice this is the karoke version. As for the real song
Good guitar music. Nice lyrics in the start , sorta has that Strings vibe in this song. Just sound slike Faisal Kapadia is singin an Anwer Maqsood song. Well in the middle it changes and becomes a good Rung song.
Saath Saath- Aother song with 2 version I m on the remix version at the moment, sounds good so far. Dont like it I just dont know why.
Sochna- Now this song took my attention as sson as I heard it, love the way he says Sochna, sort of that old song style. Anyways would rate it one of the best song of the album just my opinion.
Tu Mila- last song of the album hevy slow drums and the singer mumming "Oho Oho". I have noticed the encessive use of the word "soch" I guess its typical of a band to almost sound the same every song since usually 1 person rites the lyrics. For example Noori has some specific words which are used in every single song of their. Khair bout this song, it starts of with slow pace but goes fast.
Anyways you cant really call this a review of the album its just what I am feeling as I go through the albhum. Soory if in some places sentences dont make no sense since I m typin as I m listening and trying to really pay attention to the songs.
Khair in my books its a good debut album but too me its not that impactful. all I can say is "Please PLay again" would rate the album 7/10 too be generous.
Its not that I dont like the genre but they all sound somewhat same, khair lets c what u guys say.
