My wedding was a month back and as initially I asked in this forum about her feedback I thought to share my experience with you guys.
My experience with her was WORSE! Although album she gave me at the end was good but her atitude was disgusting. She humiliated to the extent and I am willing to give all the proofs and details to any one who is interested.
When time was to book a client her and her sister Nabia’s attitude was great, they were very nice vey friendly and I was feeling all will go perfect. She charges around 35K PKR for her signature album (couple shoot 1 hour). When the time of delivery came that is how it goes.
1- She first of all promised a delivery date and then when the date came she said I gave this date for pictures selection and not for album delivery, although it was communicated clearly at the time of booking that I will be leaving in 2 weeks after wedding.
2- We asked her to send pictures for selection and then we got a news that no you are not selecting, we have selected and your album is in process. We were totally shocked, like we paid so much and we didn’t even get a chance to select pictures. We were living at 10 mins distance from her residence and we were not out of range. Totally unprofessional!
3- When we called her to get the album, she said yes you can come to collect, when we went where the meeting was she started that why you have come to my residence and not to our office. We were never invited to her office nor we had her office address!
4- We got the album but there were no soft copies, her sister Nabia promised soft copies of edited pictures either free of cost or of as minimum to Rs. 2000 as per the condition during time of delivery.
5- When we called her that soft copies are missing she abruptly said you need to give us Rs. 7000 to get them. Its not a huge amount as you would agree but when we reminded her of the agreement we had at the time of booking she not only refused but she started SHOUTING and MISBEHAVING so much that honestly we were extremely shocked and very disappointed to see this level of unprofessionalism. We paid her, we were not beggars. But as we needed softcopies so after an argument we said fine tell us the amount and it will be delivered. She said Rs. 6500.
6- We had a flight so we left next day and gave amount to our cousin to give it to her and we gave her rammal’s number and told rammal as well. Our cousin went to the given address and met their another sister who asked her to give her Rs. 6000 and not Rs.6500 so my cousin gave her 6K.
7- Then we called her to inquire about the softcopies and again they both shouted and misbehaved so much!! That why your cousin gave Rs. 500 less than the agreed amount and they gave pictures of 100kb in revenge! Although we explained her that this what your sister asked and even if it was a confusion Rs. 500 is nothing and she will get them. But they continued to misbehaved as if all they care is MONEY!
8- Then one of our friend did a bank transfer of Rs. 500 into her account and then she gave us our softcopies.
But this experience with her was so horrendous and I decided to share it with others who seek for professionalism. I have her viber messages for anyone who would like to see in which tone they were talking and I wish I would have recorded her phone conversation too! Money is not everything and people with such names should care about treating their customers kindly.
My mehndi was covered by Ayesha Iftikhar - an amazing girl with a very polite attitude, she delivered me album and cd on time.
Valima was covered by Arsalan Asad - he is an amazing photographer too with a very good calm nature and although he could not deliver us on time yet he treated us very professionally, apologised on delay, gave us an option of adding free snaps to his album.
Album quality by all them is same but due to worse customer experience with Rammal I dont recommend her to anyone.
