I wanted to provide this review for a matchmaker in chicago, IL just to warn others of her.

I was introduced through someone who had her of her, and said that she is a wonderful and professional matchmaker, little did i know that was quiet the opposite.
She sent me her form to fill out, and there is a only a fee of $500 if you get married, which was fine by me. I myself am a US citizen by birth and am looking for someone who is has been here for a long time, or is a citizen. Immediately after I sent her my profile she called me up to tell me some statistics (80% of which were made up since each time she would repeat the statistics, her numbers percent wise would change) of how girls can’t be picky anymore (with reference to my “requirement”) and that they should just accept whatever proposal they get ohh and that education doesn’t matter, so to have a requirement of education is pretty much “b.s”<–her words not mine… also she sent me a freind request right away on facebook, i am a very very private person and dont just add anyone to facebook, so i declined her request, she called me up to ask me “why i declined her request?”. Red Flag number one. Additionally i sent her two very professional looking pictures, and she emailed me back saying compared to some of the rest of her clients I should retake pictures and resend them, in fact she wanted to know if i wanted a name of a professional photographer and a make up artist, when i told her that those pictures were taken at my Fortune 500 company by a professional photographer, she got silent and then repeated what she had said before asking if i wanted the name and the numbers.. RED FLAG number 2. Additionally, she will ask you if your interested in the person, and then ask the opposing party if they are interested in you, then she NEVER gets back to you telling you if the opposing party accepted your interest or not, YOU have to send her an email saying, hey whatever happened to that person, a couple of the times i did that, and i got a nasty email back from her saying, “I don’t have time to respond to individual questions, as you can tell i am very busy because i am singlehandedly doing all of the work” I was like ohhh really, wow, talk about RUDE customer service–> RED FLAG number 3. furthermore, she now has people who offer relationship advice, which to me i think if your in a relationship then you are best candidate to offer relationship advice, and pretty much sold/gave my email address to these people, when i inquired about the credentionals of these people and asked them where they got my email address from, they mentioned her name… as far as the creditionals.. ummm well none of them are married… and all of them are young— by young think like 22-23 years old-RED FLAG 4. Moreover, she says in one of her initial emails tnat she works with a match team… umm… team… no “i” in team is there??? RED FLAG 5.
So ramadan and eid passed and i never heard from this “matchmaker” and then out of the blue i get an email from her saying “Hey question for you, on your facebook, your friend XYZ do you know if they are single, or engaged, do let me know?” I have gotten this email several times from her, and do not feel comfortable after my terrible experience with her on even sharing a friend’s information with her. I have not responded to this email that she sent me … 8 times in the past three weeks, part of me wanted to respond, regardless of what her status is, why do you ask, and secondly do you think i will recommend you to anyone? but i decided not to respond. I sent her an email a week ago asking her about something, and never heard back from her. I guess she’s too pissed off at me to even respond to my question. RED Flag 6
I spoke to a couple of friends of mine and they echoed exactly the same issues i brough up, one of them even said that she saw passing out a candidates information at musjids like they are flyers for an eid bazaar.
I didnt know where exactly to post this, moderators if this needs to be moved please do so, but i wanted to warn everyone of her.
