I just called her right now asking if she is willing to travel provided whatever amount she asks for as well as the transportation and she said No and slammed the phone on me while I was in the middle of telling her that she does an amazing job. Very rude, I love her work but very disappointed the way she treated me. I was fine with her saying that she can’t travel but the way she acted was acted was way too rude.

It was her, I got her mobile number! I am very disappointed. Considering it was an international call, she should have atleast showed some respect. She might be famous and all that but she has lost all the respect that I had for her. Quite sad!

She's overrated and over-expensive anyway. Don't let it bother you so much.

That's so true, shes good and all but I have seen best in Canada. But I feel insulted, because I never treat someone like that and how dare she could! She needs to brush up those customer service skills :)

maybe she was annoyed you got hold of her mobile number?? :confused: and it is ramadan and people can get a little cranky…especially if you called her at a bad time (timezone issues perhaps? or out of business hours)

She has posted her mobile number on the website herself. I didnt get hold of it from someone, secondly I called her at 5pm Pakistan time. I have heard she would get rude to you sometimes specially if you are not from lahore and ask her to travel but on a good note I spoke to Sobia hair and beauty salon in Islamabad. The receptionist was so nice and they are willing to travel to accomodate my needs. I have heard good things about it, so lets see how that works now. :) But the customer service was quite impressive. The lady was trying her best to help me out even with me having quite poor urdu :) lol!

Nonethelss there is NO excuse to be rude to a customer . It is about time we learn some customer service manners ..huh!

I've heard that she is very polite with her brides. I've booked her for my mehndi and barat. Hope she treats me well.

AS I mentioned before, she is only good with the potential 'lahore' clients and not someone who requests her to travel. SO you should be fine :)

My cousin went to her last month for her wedding, she said her makeup is very good also saw myself in the photos but she is very pricey. I guess it is worth is for your wedding

@ maccague I had the same experience with her. I called her and she said "nai g aap ko saloon ana pare ga" it was an international call. I was in the middle of telling her but very rudely she banged the fne :( and thts y I opted madeeha's. Atleast they are good at listening :)

I guess the question about traveling annoys her ... Not that it justifies her behavior
